Hello. I am William Schultze. I was 12 years old when I started this company. Ever since I was little, I had a love for fishing. One day I decided to try out lure making. I enjoyed lure making so much I wanted  to make a company out of it. That's where Fish on Baits started. One of my biggest goals was to ensure quality control. I get upset when I open a $10 pack of lures and half the pack has huge dents or air pockets, causing it to not fish right. I nearly eliminated that problem with Fish on Baits.  Later, I wanted to expand the business.  I added the Bass Pack! These packs are made with the same intentions as our baits.  All of this in baits with extremely fair pricing.
